Three-knife collating, stitching, folding and cutting: Four working procedures progressing in one cycle result in a finished product - and with exclusive quality. The generous comfort of attendance and state-of-the-art electronic equipment made the Theisen & Bonitz company a world-famous manufacturer of these machines. The large number of technical improvements of detail mechanical components ensures excellent productivity. Thanks to the combination with high output stability, the machines guarantee the reliable and constant performance that is required of our every day operations by our customers. Depending on a customer's requirements, the line is created by interconnecting:

• Two collating automatic machines Theisen & Bonitz, model Sprint B 205 FP - twenty B3 folders
• Stitching and collating automatic machine Theisen & Bonitz, model Sprint 204 with front and lateral trimming
   
  In addition to these two automatic machines the line will be fitted with: 
   
• Pressing equipment for folding
• Equipment for the counting and separation of brochures
• Stitching heads for stitches with clips up to 3 mm with a clip bender and wire-guiding springs 

          This line is equipped with:

• 15" color touch TFT display
• A program that is connected to a program upgrade service system
• Remote control
• Automatic generator of trimming programs
• Online check and remote diagnosis
• Corporate data register
• Lifting equipment
• Shedding equipment, including a digital scale

This well-tried folding machine can create up to 6 longitudinal folds and 2 cross folds.
